a beautiful-ugly weekend

Well...what a freaking weekend, that's all I have to say. I worked my last day in Admissions on Friday, got all dressed up and spookified-I looked damn good. I scared the people I was giving a tour to. They showed up in suits, and I show up in make-up, nail polish and fangs. Hahahaha. It was funny as hell. Then later, I said my good-byes and left. It was kinda sad, but I'll be working there over break. I saw Chris. That was kind of odd, but I kinda feel like he's slowly getting out of my system. So that's a plus. Later that evening, I got all dressed up and did my make-up hella awesome, and got ditched (grr) and then blamed for being ditched. *shrugs* that's what it's all about I suppose. Not much happened Saturday. Went to a funeral, took pictures(it was for a fish). Then went to the haunted house in Old Main. It was good for what it was. Not bad for having no budget, no people, and only a week and a half to do it in. Afterwards, me and Tex and toyish went to Gapeesh for dinner. Good food, and a 25% discount means good times. Turns out I'm just going to be staying with them over break. So I don't have to be an RA, I don't have to pay up the ass, and I don't have to go home(meaning no Burger King!!!) So that's good. Then today, I hung out with A.J. for a few hours. We played Nintendo, and talked about a lot of stuff. He's actually a pretty nice guy. I think I'm starting to like him more though. Not sure if that's good or bad. I guess we'll find out. We had a pretty good conversation today. I think he's definetely someone I want to get to know. Anyway, I need to get back to Brown Girl. Bleck. It's not a bad book, I just can't get into it. *hears the words of Dr. Bradshaw saying "I don't care..."* LOL.

It's November!!! SHIT!!! less than three weeks until finals!!!!! *cries*

I think it is so funny. Checked my mail today, and I got a package from my mummy. She sent me cigarettes and some mail. Nothing much important, however I recieved a packet from Nath Coroporations. That's the Burger King corporation I worked for. After working for them for 3 years, yet not working for them for 3 months now, I recieve my insurance application from them. *falls on the floor laughing hysterically* It's the funniest thing in the world to me. What's funnier, accompanying the packet is a letter asking me to take a salary management position for a store in Tennesee. And the offered salary *drum roll please* $20,000 a year starting. What a joke. They really need to get it through their thick heads that I don't work for them anymore!!! *still laughing* It's so funny to me.
