Pride *is* a magical time as it turns out. I'll spare everyone the horrible gay details, but essentially, was drunk by noon, sober by 4, sunburnt by 5, and drinking again at 10. Went to a new place last nite, Sidetracks, and got hit on and cruised 2 minutes after walking through the front door. I only had to buy one drink - the bartender bought one for me, and two different guys bought me drinks, and some other guy bought a round of lemon drops for everyone around, which was nice.

Again, I'll spare the details and leave you guessing, but I may or may not have gone home with someone last night who may or may not work for Oprah.

Man, and I thought Seattle Pride was a reckless bacchanal! (Not that I was able to go or anything, but that was my understanding--sounds like Chicago owns everyone, once again.)

I hear this a lot, and I'm not exactly sure what it means: What is it "to cruise" or "to be cruised"? Enlighten me; I was raised by hermits.

ive never heard that expression before(not that you asked me), but i would imagine its the same as pulling, being on the pull. couldnt say for sure, but thats what it sounds like.

Hee!

To cruise or to be cruised is kind of the like the gay version of hitting on someone or being hit on; only it's much more intense. We're talking graphic language, sometimes groping, and the kind of stare that makes you feel it's Superman looking at your underwear.
