first...*hugs everyone here*

second...*wh00t*. I've got that interview. 11:30am tomorrow, which is perfect, because my biological clock has been waking me up around 8:30ish/9:00ish lately. And the place is about 20 minutes drive up LSD (Lake Shore Drive to the foreiners). So that gives me enough time to get up, drink a pot of coffee, hop in the shower, get dressed, and get there with time to spare. yay! And like I said yesterday, I'm fairly confidant that I'll get this job. Just think, I could be back online ALL THE TIME in as little as a week! Can you say *squee*?

thirdly...just got my credit card statement, and yay! The minimum balance due has dropped by $10! Not that I pay only the minimum balance - I usually pay about $20 over, but yay! I'm no longer paying the balance transfer from my old card; now I'm just paying on what I've put on it over the last year. Which is still a little hefty - upwards of $1g - but much more easily obtainable. *whoot*

fourthly...two of my grades are in so far, and I'm kind of nervous. For Research Methods II, I got an A-, and for Substance Abuse I've recieved a B- (somehow I managed to utterly and completely flunk the final, but I got 100% on everything else, thereby alleviating a possible failing grade - *whew*) which could have been an A had I passed the final. Now I'm only waiting on American Novel (and I'm telling you, if I don't get at the last a B- in that class, there will be violent episodes reminding one of the first 15 minutes of Saving Private Ryan), and Psych of Men. American Novel, I'm expecting a B in - even though I pissed him off with my final, the fucktard. And Psych of Men - well, I got a D on the midterm but a C+ on the final, and I got an A on all the homework and papers (which add up to two exams), so probably a C+/B-, I'm hoping. With those two classes, in all honesty, I just want to *pass*. Is that so wrong?

finally for today...I need to name my apartment. That's right, you read it correctly. I'm a big namer - I once named a dead bird that flew into our window at home Bob, just so we could give it a proper burrial. ANYway, anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking of Oz - but that refers more to the neighborhood in general (I do live in Boystown afterall).

I tend to favor house names with "The" as their first word. Although I haven't done that for any of my farm names. My first dorm room was "the flophouse" because people would come in and flop down. :-)

Good luck with the interview! I hope it turns out to be a job you want and like.

I have a favor to ask you. Next week when Decker and I go to see Serenity, could we possibly crash on your floor Wednesday night? Decker gets off work at 10 and we'd leave after that.

Good luck on your interview! I have no idea what to name your apt, but I'll ask Kristin the next time I see her, she's good at that stuff.

Um. Well, I've yet to get a bed or couch, so *everyone* would be sleeping on the floor. Make sure to bring your own sleep gear though - those blankets are ALL MINE.

So...sure. It'll be a bit cramped, though. But you're welcome to it.

Thanks, I figured we'd have to bring our own sleeping stuff. This way he isn't driving up, watching the movie, and driving back all in one go.

I agree, names are important. Yet I suck at them. If your name was John Smith, you could call it the Jolly Roger. But you are not JS. LOL

congrats on your grades

Hahaha. Hmm...maybe I could call it...urmmm...LOVESHACK, BABY, LOVESHACK!
