Just finished my reference section - all three pages of it! *does a little dance...with coffee even* I haven't finished all the summaries (actually I'm at about 6/10), but we don't need them all finished for Tuesday. So I'm going to scrap the rest of them until probably next week sometime, or better yet - the following week, which aside from my birthday I think is clear. Speaking of birthdays, tomorrow I'll upload the flyer I'm sending out so all you lovely people can at least have an invite, even if your cities, states, and countries away:)
And now...*cringe*...for the actual writing of the proposal (oh yeah, did I mention the nightmarish past couple of days was all prep work!?). Which, now that I'm done with some of the summaries, the intro should go pretty quickly. Unfortunetely, I can't get my hands on a depression measurement instrument until at the very earliest tomorrow, possibly not even for a couple of weeks. Which means my method section and appendixes are going to be pretty weak. And I can't really figure out which statistical test I'm going to use until I know what instrument I'm going to use (it's probably going to be the Obvious Depression Scale which can be analyzed with an ANOVA or ANCOVA or at the very least a Pearson Correlation Test). But, luckily, this is just a working draft, which means I won't get any points taken off or anything. It's more for him to see our progress than anything.
*bounce bounce*
Sorry I've been spaming you all, especially since I doubt many of you have any clue WTF I'm doing or what's going on. At the moment, I'm just excited to begin the actual WORK of this piece. Yay!
So um...have I missed anything the last couple of days?
