Just sent in my application and resume for a job working at Navy Pier.  The title is Amusement Attraction Supervisor.  Sounds kind of fun, and even if it's not - it's still Supervisory work.  The best part, though?  It pays $11 an hour.  And at even the minimum of 20 hrs per week (I'll probably work at least 30 if I get it), I'll still clear enough money per month to pay my rent, bills, and *still* have enough to go out once or twice a week.

Oooh, me too. God, how would you even do that phonentically?

*croakcroakcroak* sounds like a retarded frog, not scary Japanese lady LOL

God, just thinking about it makes me want to hide under the covers.

A friend of mine didn't like the movie, but knew that sound scared the hell out of me. She went and saw it and during one of the scary sounding parts she called me on her cell. I answered the phone and heard that sound!

Needless to say there was a rather noticible puddle where I'd answered the phone.

What gets me most about that movie (and the Ring, too, and countless other flicks) is that a child is evil. Now that I'm a mommy, the thought of a child doing something supernaturally evilly is totally horrifying. The day that Emma starts talking about her imaginary friend is totally going to give me Exorcist nightmares.

One more reason NOT to have children...no chances of Omeny exorcistic grudge-type possibilities.
