You have a virus. Rest. Re. your previous post: OK, maybe you're going about the diet thing the wrong way. I don't actually believe in diets at all. I've been doing this thing where I don't eat anything until I'm actually hungry - not just when I "fancy" something, or when my mouth tells me it wants something in it (tee hee) but when my stomach actually feels like it needs food. But when I get that feeling, I eat whatever it is I want to - just, not so much that I actually feel full. I don't know whether this regime is actually good for me, but I don't put on any weight, and I've been surprised at how seldom I actually really get hungry. Sometimes I have a period when I hardly get hungry at all and don't eat dinner for 2 or 3 days, and sometimes I feel the need to eat a lot more. It was thinking about how little Nelson Mandela had to eat on Robyn Island that started me off on this, incidentally! I always have breakfast though, hungry or not. Also, dare I suggest going veggie?
