I just saw that all of the votes haven't been counted and that there is still a *slight* chance Kerry could win...

But he conceded. Does this mean because he conceded, no matter what, Bush wins? No seriously, I don't know.

yep...that's what it means...he gave up...he said...'you win'...and honestly he did it for a very honorable reason...he didn't want to win the race the way bush did 4 years ago...and he recognized that if he did that the nation would become even more divided than it already is.
