Heh. I so love this era of music. I really think I was born in the wrong time. Heh. Such glitter and glamour. All perfection. Wonderful times. This music always reminds me of weekends at the grandparents. Those were good times too.
Fun day for me today. Got up early, decided I'd be all shluby - didn't shave and wore my baggy and wrinkled clothes. Still looked cute though (is it any suprise? :-D). Went and set up and sat in at the mock election and got down to LP for class. Bout 20 minutes before the end of class, the fire alarm went off. Scared the crap out of everyone. I'm deaf and those things kill me, I feel bad for normal hearing people. Got some pictures of the firetrucks and the panic though - good shots. Turned out just to be a drill though - LPC is still there.
Traffic wasn't bad at all today, only took me an hour and a half to get back today! *whoot* That construction really needs to be finished NOW. But I picked up the rest of my stuff for my costume. I'm so excited, I can't wait for Saturday. Me, looking cute, party hopping in boystown. Fun times. I don't really want to go out though, but I already told Vive I'd go, and I've already got the costume all ready, so I might as well. But trust me - pictures to come of that!
In other news, I'm so uninspired for fic right now. *le sigh* I'm stuck on this halloween fic. Can't seem to get myself to tackle it. Yes. I am that lazy.
Also...may have a date next week. Will keep you posted.
Now, to go kill an hour before the pumpkin carving contest...
