Don't want to sleep, but I'm exhausted.

Don't want to write, but I'm really feeling like I have to.

Don't want to read, but I have so much of it to do.

Don't want to work, but I really should.

*discontented sigh*

And also - thank you to [livejournal.com profile] lunabee34 for introducing me to Ryan Adams =)

Well, it was nice to be able to sleep last week. Really, it was.

I stll haven't slept. Just could. not. fall. asleep.

I think going to go off and die or something. UGH!

hmph.

For Psychology of Men, we had to read The History of Masculinity, an essay by R.W. Connell, and I really like what he had to say. Granted, the whole thing was in an historical perspective, so it's nothing brilliant. But I never really considered masculiniinity as being driven by economic and prosperous cultures. I mean, just, wow.

Blows my mind.

Nevermind what he says of queer culture's impact on masculininity, but the rest of it - wow.

Just...wow.

See, it's times like these that I a)love school for introducing me to these kinds of topics, and b)I feel really smart because now I now things others don't.

That fucking commercial for the grudge was on again.

*hides under the bed*
Was just looking through thefacebook.com at old high school people.

Everyone looks so much better and more grown up than I.

*le sigh*

Off to bed, lest I start sulking.
