I totally agree with you. Forcing someone to participate in religon, especially impressionable young minds, is completely out of order. Does anyone remember that Obama gave a nod to atheists in his inaugural address? It's always puzzled me that one of the tenets of US law is the separation of church and state, yet religion seems to affect so much legislation.
I'm not being critical of America, don't have the right to be as I'm not American, but I don't understand it.
