You could always take a hot shower and let the pulsing water relax you. Maybe even give yourself a nice scalp massage.
Sorry. I couldn't resist. I didn't really see the scary of The Grudge, except for that little girl freaking me out. Wanna be really freaked? Go see Silent Hill. Great movie, but once again, the little girl is freaky.
