yea, its just... i tried that... REALLY excercising 5 days a week... and it happened just like that before i realised i wasnt doing it at all... so i DID start at 3... and have worked up to 4... im honestly NOT motivated enough to do 5 :P but thats really cool. now all you need is something to keep you motivated! like.. i dunno what. a goal. or a friend whod like to do it too.
