Nope, not back from vacation yet. Just ran into the local library so I can pay some bills. Figured I'd drive-by post letting everyone know that I am, in fact, still alive. Miss me, yet? *g*

Top 12 things I've experienced so far my vacation:

1) FSC. Did you know there's an entire channel devoted to soccer? Hell fucking yes! Go Chelsea! *whoot*
2) Bought an MP3 player. 'S sweet like honey.
3) Bought Shuan of the Dead and Dawn of the Dead for $20. Gotta love holiday sales.
4) Have pigged out on cookie dough and Chinese Food. Nothing better.
5) Sold my bio book for $50. So what if I paid $120 for it - it's still better than nothing, which is what the bookstore was gonna give me.
6) Got stuck babysitting a two year old. Was actually fun. We watched Blue's Clues and played some piano and did some coloring. Not bad for Monday Morning blues.
7) We got frickin 2" of snow last night. I am NOT pleased.
8) Our ADHD kitty has bitten me four times. I'm offically ticked off at Kitty Ritalin
9) I read Christopher Rice's new book "Light Before Day" in just under 12 hours. FUCKING BRILLIANT.
10) I got the rest of my loan refunds, so now I can actively search for appartments when I get back to school. HELL YES.
11) Got two more of my grades back - both B's. Right now, last quarter's GPA is sitting at a phat 3.52. Break out the champagne.
12) Love and miss you ALL!!!

Glad you're having a good vacation, the grades are up, the money's in, sounds all good!

I kid you not: I just read your post then got up from the computer and went in the living room only to be attacked by my very own ADHD attack kitty. Damn cat was hooked right around my ankle with me running across the room, dragging her along for the ride. Not pretty when you're only wearing thin flannel pajama pants and socks. I should have just stayed out of there, I could see "the look" in her eye from the other room.

P.S. Loved 'Shaun of the Dead.' The entire beginning with him going about his life, ignorant of what's going on around him, riding the bus with the "zombie-esque" and then later the literal "zombies" was hilarious. Then "slipping" in the store and never breaking his stride and then with the zombie woman in their backyard, poking her like she was just drunk or something, loved it.
