I don't know how many of you follow politics and the like, but am I the only one that doesn't understand why we *can't* start a new tax system from scratch? We did it in 1913, why can't we do it now?
I'm all for a new tax system, but if they start a consumtion tax *and* still tax income, isn't that double taxation?
