Today

Right. So today, I'm a little sad. Don't really know why - just one of those mellow kind of days.

I think I aced my Bio exam today - hopefully. Despite the fact that it's my "C Class", I think I actually want to do well. Wierd, I know. I just really want to jack up my GPA.

Got a lot - too much, really - to do this weekend. Can I ask all of those "grown-ups" on my flist, who don't have kids - do you ever get to *enjoy* your weekends? Because if not, I might as well find a tall building now. *le sigh*

  • Watch and make notes on "One Flew over the cuckoo's nest". I'm told it's a good movie, and a better book. We shall see - I hate Jack Nicholson. Ah well.

  • Laundry

  • Clean

  • Outline/Roughdraft of my Bio paper

  • Outline/Roughdraft of my ficathon assignment

  • Write my five research summaries left for Child Psych

  • Find two of said research articles

  • CALL CHRIS ALREADY

  • Call Grandma

  • Get my haircut - I'm starting to look like Diana Ross on crack

  • Read for Research Methods

  • Read for Counseling Theories

  • Read for Child Psych

  • Read for Bio

Bleh. I'm off to write the next chapter of Sunlight - looks like I'll be a little late this week. Probably posted late tonight/early tomorrow. Hopefully it'll drag me kicking and screaming out my funk?

It is a good movie, but the book is so much better

No kids - yes, I enjoy weekends - it beats working!
But I don't have any homework to do - any I have is stuff I've assigned myself.

Oh thank god, now I can survive school knowing that sometime in the far distant future I'll be able to kick back and relax at leas for a couple days.
