I am so fucking sick of this shit. I am looking for an apartment TODAY. I'm fucking sick and tired of living in a building with matcho immature childish assholes who like fuck with the queer kid. Three years is too fucking long for this god damn shit.

Went into the bathroom to take a shower, and went to my stall (s'got my sink, towels and all my hair/skin/shampoo/soap stuff), only to find that someone had pissed all over my towels, spit on my mirror, and dumped all of my hair/skin/shampoo stuff into the sink *on top* off the pissed-on towels. Easily $30+ in products, destroyed. Not to mention - can't take a fucking shower.

SO FUCKING SICK OF THIS.

*sigh* just a dream - they won't let me out of my housing contract.

I realize you don't have a lot of power to fight the contract, but being harassed, especially repetedly, would be grounds to break the contract, I think. (I am not a lawyer, etc).

I agree with your other commentor -- report it! Get it doccumented that stuff happened, and that you followed up on it. That could help you get out of the contract if you need to.

Report's typed up, and suspect is being questioned now:) Actually not really, but the report *is* finished.

oh my god! did you report this? you should call your dorm authorities and if they won't do anything, then get the police. you cannot let someone just assfuck you like that. get them back too!

Yup - just filled out an incident report. No one can do anything - there's no way to tell who did it, or if it was even singled out for me and not some random event. And, police=no good, since we're a privately owned institution, they can't set foot on the area.

I'd leave a note in the bathroom if I were you. Something vaguely threatening about knowing who did it (even if you don't) and the police. I'm sure the people who did it would be too stupid to know you were bluffing.

Don't know. Chances are, it's the former. I really can't imagine someone singling me out because of something like that. Just wouldn't make sense. I mean, all the people who had problems with me and vice versa have moved out. Whatever - still sucked though :)
