Toasted pineapples are a family tradition for my family. Every year, my mom hunts down a fresh pineapple, slices it and toasts the slices on the grill. Absolutely delicious. That was kind of a RL influence in the story, I spose:)
Heh. I lurve happy endings. I think I've only written one so far without a happy ending, and that's being sequeled as we speak.
