Actually I use Adobe Photshop 7.0, and Jasc Animation Shop. It's not hard or anything, it just takes a lot of patience and time. You have to clip out the screencaps, resize them, place them in your base, go to the animation shop, place the whole thing in there, then go back and do it all over for the next frame. It's a pretty tedious operation.
