Okay, so, you find this out...are you going to talk to anyone about it? Maybe schedule a meeting to find out *why*? Ask them for a performance review and then ask them for a raise?

I dunno - you've been working most of the time i've known you - totally up to you, but i wouldn't stay where i was unhappy and unappreciated.
