fly-by still alive
Just a fly-by as I'm in and out of the S.C. applying my ass off over the internet to anyplace that will have me. I have *got* to find a job. And soon; cash is running a little low and it's frightening.
Run down of the past couple days:
1. Saturday the elevator in my building went out - I live on the 6th floor. Was eventually fixed yesterday, but not before I had to make about a dozen or so trips up and down.
2. I'm ready to pull my hair out because of this whole "no job" thing. Argh.
3. It's about 4,000 degrees F. out there. Yuck.
4. Saturday night I went to Roscoes and ran into 2 ex boyfriends and a certain hotty professor I've had a crush on since 1st quarter (most of you know who I'm talkin about)
5. I have two weeks to finish the prep work for my study. AHHHHHHHH.
6. Yesterday was Kierre's graduation party, had a little fun but not much - it was mostly family.
7. Met Vive's family Saturday and went out with her and her sister after Roscoes Saturday night. Very nice people. And Talmage is a sweetheart.
8. I have to go the grocery store. All I have at the apartment is popcorn, lemon water, and a dried out old bagel.
And now I'm off. If I hang around this computer anymore, I'm liable to be shot in the head.
