if I don't ever post again it's because I've quit school and run away to live on an island where I don't have to do or be anyone.

Take another deep breath. You can't quit school. You've come so far that it'd be an insult to all your hard work to quit now. You can get through this.

I have SAD, so I know what panic attacks are like. It's no fun, but you can get through this.

Thanks. And I dont' think I could ever actually bring myself to quit school. All the papers and exams and missed sleep and missed parties and money spent and books bought and...yeah, couldn't throw all that away.
