I did 40 (40?, no 45!) half situps or crunches or whatever they are. Which isn't much, but is more than I've tried to do any other day. And the plan is to do them, or some number of them daily. Plus add an hour of walking.
So what is happing with you and the stopping smoking and the getting to the Gym? How is it going?
