It's finals season...

I drank a Coke today. Now I feel disgustingly fat. Also? I have no fingernails because I bit them all off. And? Smoked over a pack of cigarettes

Hmmm....seems to me like I need to work on coping mechanisms and healthier stress and anxiety outlets.

Ah finals...

In other news, 69 days until my 21st birthday! *whoot*

Coping mechinisms, healthier connections between behaviors (drinking a coke) or actions and reality. :-)

Being stressed sucks big rocks. I'm trying to cultivate a coping mechinism of exercize of some sort as a coping mechinism, but so far, the old methods appear first and foremost. :-)

Good luck on the finals, however, I am sure that you will do fine. Just try to get some sleep, eh? =) I worry about that sometimes. ^_^
