Oh dear christ. Just about had a heart attack at the gym. Word of advice: Make sure you're well-rested and well-energized before you work out. Cuz otherwise = heart failure. Sheesh.
< rant>It's just not fair that it only takes ONE fat day to make you feel fat, but MONTHS of excersising before you start to *hint* at results. Just. Not. Fair. < /rant>
And now to visit my Flist. Expect comments if I normally do so for you. Great leaping cockrings - my flist is at skip: 120. *headdesk*
And also...there maybe just might possibly sort of could be another WIP series underway. Maybe. Possibly.
