blank stare

Just got back from #3 at the gym. Did about 10 minutes more and worked on some different machines. Um. Ouch. But really...good ouch. Not "muscle cramp!" ouch, but "whew, I just did a lot of work" ouch.

I'm proud of myself and happy I'm *finally* doing something instead of whining. Although I would like to say that genetics suck.
