Hey, you know that feeling the morning after you drank two bottles of wine, chased that with a couple shots of tequila and washed all that down with a bottle or four of Corona?

No? Just me? Hmmm...okay.

No, I actually did *not* drink last night. But, I think I'm getting old because I got about four hours of sleep and my body = very very angry with me. Ouch. Someone wooped up on me in my sleep I think because I hurt. All over.

Don't wanna go outside, because hello? Very sunny outside *glares at the window*.

And also? It's supposed to get up to 20 degrees. HEAT WAVE! Whoot! can you tell that I'm a midwesterner?

What I think is funny are the people who come to school here and are from LA or some other southern california town. Funny as all hell. The first flake to hit the ground, and native mid-westerners break out the parkas and ski goggles - meanwhile the Westerners start out with a sweater and gradually get heavier and heaver coats until finally they're 20 layers thick but refuse to wear coats. S'funny to me.

Yup, on this coast, layering is the trick. Otherwise when the weather changes you're stuck too hot or too cold. And I don't know about the people down south of me, but I include rain gear in what I take with me pretty much every day at this time of year.

S'another rule about Chicago. If it's cloudy - don't worry taking an umbrella. If it's sunny - don't leave the house without full rain gear.
