For the record, folks - do not, I repeat, do NOT drink two jugs of iced tea, a liter of water, two cups of coffee, a coke and only eat 4 pieces of 2day old pizza throughout the day and then expect to be able to work out. Ugh. Half way through my normal routine, my heartrate jumped up 20, I got extremely dizzy and had the stomache cramps from hell. Needless to say after what...came out...of the situation, I probably should have paid attention to what I ate today because now I'm all empty.
Blech. I'll just be over here *points to the comfy chair* *not* moving or doing anything. Thank you.
